Uppi says allowing dubbed movies is better
Once in an interview real star Upendra said, allowing dubbed movies in karnataka will not only help the language but also to the industry. As by releasing dubbed movies the admirers of other language stars will watch their movies in kannada and eventually they will start seeing kannada movies also. This will help the indudtry to increase its audience, then why the kannada film industry people are still holding the issue. With better competation and producing quality movies equal to other indusrty movies, kannada industry can survive.

yes, uppendra is right.
telugu and tamil people have encouraged a lot of kannada movies being directly dubbed into their languages. upendra's films were big hits in TN and AP.
then what's the problem with kannada industry. i think they lack creativity, funds, skills to market and importantly confidence.
hope good creatives guys like upendra will make more movies and save the industry.
c'mon they have 5 crore people yaar. can't beleive...
